not advocate unauthorized use of copyrighted games.
We sell DS Flashcards so our customers can:
1. Play homebrewed GBA/DS games.
2.
Use
your Nintendo DS as MP3 player to play songs and video
clips.
3.
Develop your own GBA/DS games for fun.
4.
Playing copyrighted games is illegal if you do not own the
original games.
When
you purchase the flashcards from RealHotStuff.com, you
agree to the Terms of Uses above.
Q: Are DS flashcards
legal?
A: It is
legal if
you:
1.
Play homebrewed (public games) - Lots of homebrewed GBA and DS games
available
online that you can download freely. Most of them are free and a lot of
them
come with source code that you can modify the games yourself.
2.
Write your own GBA or DS games - With flashcards, you can develop your
own
games. You do not have to spend lots of money buying the development
toolkits.
3.
Play the commercial games if you own the original copies - If you own
the
original game cartridges, you have the right to have a copy of the
games you
own. You can play them from the backup copies.
It is not
legal if
you:
1.
Play commercial (copyrighted) games that you do not own.
2.
Play copyrighted MP3 songs that you do not own.
3.
Play copyrighted video clips that you do not own.

Payment
Q: What
kinds of
payment methods you accept?
A:
We accept check/money order, Google Checkout or credit card.
Q: How do I
make
payment by check or money order?
A:
You can choose Check/Money Order as your payment method at checkout.
The
instruction to send the check/money order will be given when you
complete the
checkout process.
Q: Do you
accept
international credit card?
A:
Yes we do, however, we may need photocopy of your credit card to prove
that you
are the owner of the credit card that you are using for your order
since we
have no way of verifying international credit card.

Shipping
Q:
Where do all your products ship from?
A: All
orders are
shipped from New
Jersey,
USA.
Q: I entered
a
wrong shipping address and the package is being
returned to you. What do I do?
A; We will
notify
you when we receive the returned package. You
will need to pay for the shipping again since it was not our fault for
the
returned.
Q: Do you do
international shipping?
A;
Yes we do. We ship all international packages by FedEx.
Q: How soon
do you
process and ship out my order?
A: Most of
the
time, we ship out all orders same day if you place
your order before 12 PM est. and we have the items in stock when you
place your
order. There is no guarantee that your order will be shipped out the
same day.
We will do our best in shipping out your orders, but we can not
guarantee it.
International
Orders take longer to
process. It may take a little bit longer than domestic.
Q; How long
does it
take for my package to arrive?

Q: Do you
provide
tracking number for my package?
A:
Yes we do. However the tracking number for USPS Priority Mail does not
provide
real time tracking. Most of the time, USPS updates the status after the
package
is delivered. If you need real time tracking, please
choose FedEx as your
shipping method.
Q: When and
how do
I get the tracking number?
A;
When your order is shipped, an email from us will be sent out with the
tracking
number. Another email will also be sent out for the status of your
order
changed to Shipped. The tracking number is also included in the second
email.
You can also log on to your account and check your order history. The
tracking
number is also available with your order history.
Q; How do I
track
my package?
A: http://www.usps.com/ for USPS
packages. http://www.fedex.com/
for FedEx package.
Q: When I
tracked
my package with USPS, it said "The tracking
information for this item was received by the US Postal Service at
hh:mm PM on
mm/dd/yyyy, but the item has not yet been scanned in
the mailstream. Please check back later. ". Was the package shipped?
A: As we stated above, USPS does not provide real time tracking. If you
receive
your tracking number, the package was already shipped. USPS does not
update the
information.
Q: When I
tracked
my package with FedEx, it did not have
information about my package. Was the package shipped?
A;
FedEx picks up our shipments in the afternoon. They do not update the
status
until around 8 PM at night. Please check the status after 8 PM EST.
Q: The USPS
tracking showed that my package was delivered, but I
never received it. What do I do?
A;
It could be different reason.
1.
The postal delivery staffs delivered it to a wrong address.
2.
The postal staffs made mistake and scanned it at postal office.
3.
Other member of your family had the package and you are not aware of it.
4.
Stolen from your mail box or your door.
What
you should do is to get a printout of the tracking from usps.com. Bring
the
printout to your local postal office and ask to the person who
delivered to
your house. Show the person the printout and let him/her know that you
never
received it. He/she may be able to locate the package for you. If the
package
can not be found for any reason, please contact us at sales@realhotstuff.com
Q:
The FedEx tracking showed that my package was delivered,
but I never received it. What do I do?
A;
First of all, you need to call DHL/FedEx and let them know that you
never
received the package. The phone number FedEx. Please have your tracking
number
ready when you call.
DHL
will find the driver who made the delivery to your house and try to
locate the
package. If the package can not be found, they will ask you let us
know. We can
file the loss claim for you. We can not file the loss claim without the
receiver calling them first to claim the package was never received.
Some
customers got mad at us and refused to call DHL. Please be reasonable,
we do
not do the delivery, FedEx does. We can not find the package
for
you, FedEx can. We can not file the loss claim without you
calling them
first.

Return/Exchange
Q; My item
is
defective, what do I do?
A:
Sometimes, customers do not know how to use or set up the product
properly.
Please email us with your order number and problem
description. Our staffs
will try to help you with your problem first. You can use the contact
us page http://www.realhotstuff.com/contact_us.php. Make sure you have your
order
number in the
description.
Q: I ordered
the
wrong item, can I send it back for refund?
A:
Yes, if you have the package in original package and you purchased the
item
within 30 days, you may return it for refund. Please note, the shipping
and
handling fee can not be refunded. We will not issue refund if you do
not have
the original package.

Q: I am not
satisfied with my items, can I return it for refund?
A;
Yes, you can return your order for refund within 30 days. Shipping and
handling
fee will not be refunded.
Q: Do I need
a RMA
number to return my item for refund or exchange?
A;
We use ticket system instead of RMA for our returned. You need
to
open a support ticket http://www.realhotstuff.com/ticket_create.php. Our staffs will respond
to the
ticket opened soon. Please do not
send
back any items if you do
not have a opened ticket.
Q; What is
the
warranty of your products?
A;
We offer 90 days warranty for all the flashcards we sell online. Some
manufactures provide up to one year warranty, but that requires sending
back
the item to manufacture for replacement which takes long time since
most of
them are not US based.
Q: Who pays
for the
shipping for the returned package?
A:
You pay for the package coming back to us. We will pay for the shipping
going
back to you. The package going back to you is by USPS 1st class for
domestic.
USPS Airmail for International. If you need the package faster, you
will have
to pay the extra shipping to upgrade the shipping method.

We accept orders online only. We had problems
with credit card company
if we do
not have records of any credit card charge.

the
currency of the prices?

All prices are in USD.

to
modify the DS to use flashcards?
A:
No, you do not have to modify the DS to use the flashcards.
Q: Do you do
price
match?
A:
Yes we do have the price match policy. It needs to meet the follow
criteria.
1. The store has to be an official reseller of the product.
2. The price must include the shipping cost to the destination.
3. The store has to be in the US.
