Gotta say, this is really a top notch card, especially switching from the original R4 to this. There's absolutely nothing this thing wont do.
A lot of people complain about the price, but honestly guys, this isn't that much more expensive than most DS titles at release. Now, the price of one game for the ability to store tons of backups in your pocket and not lug around all those cartridges? I think it's worth it.
Also, the extra features compared to most cards are great. Maybe you're playing through Poke'mon like me, and you're out at your friends house or somewhere without internet, trying to complete your poke'dex. Well, that's fine, you can open .txt files while playing a ROM, meaning you could grab a guide to where to find pokemon (or any strategy guide) copy it to the card, and use it in game.
Also, an alternate save mode for those of you who want to be more organized, and if you use homebrew, and want to hide the folders you aren't using in the menu but are using while running homebrew, then hiding the folder in windows hides it in the main menu of the cyclo. Great stuff.
SDHC support and automatic DLDI patching are great, a stealth mode when playing games with added copy protection, and firmware updates that come fairly fast and with lots of testing (1.56 had SEVEN beta revisions) that's a lot of testing for a flashcard team.
And installing those updates are simple unlike most FW's for cards. Drop the update file on the card, it automatically installs the file to the onboard memory and deletes the update from your MicroSD. meaning you dont even have to take you card back out after installing an update. :) Wii connectivity is also perfect, been using it with Battle Revolution and My Pokemon Ranch.
I'm definitely satisfied with this card and by what I hear it has great compatibility with Slot 2 devices, which I'll be testing this week when my EZ Flash 3-in-1 comes in. Also, RHS shipping is nice and speedy. Thanks guys. Hope to do yet more business with you in the future.
